Its pretty normal for hispanics to do this my family would always buy car parts and just have mechanic do the labor or even with tint we buy the one we want and have other people install it or we try ourselves lol

I did this at my local vinyl shop. They didn’t like it bc not making money off parts and I understand that. But the deal Is fair I pay for labor you install it and give no warranty or guarantee of the work…free money with no risk

When small it’s different installing customer provided products/ equipment because you don’t have the overhead and definitely not agreeing to having to buy more if there’s not enough, but when you have alot of overhead you have to be smart like he is and not installing something the customer provides unless it’s a good customer
