They need to move the Tacoma to Lexus if they want to charge these prices. I'm a die hard Toyota fan, but the 4G Taco isn't even close to domestics price wise. $6k-$9k difference for most of the ones I've been comparing. Ranger Raptor is $55k loaded if you can get it as MSRP, the TRD Pro is going to have to be pushing $70k.

I like that there is a handy button to turn off the engine stop feature..and not in a damn menu. Kudos to Toyota. Nice review Jeff !

wow its $52, 100 without the options... they already jacked up like $10k over from last yr! No thank you toyota... i'll look at something else! Perhaps a tundra... they aren't moving... probably get a great deal on them

Jeff you are wrong, this is a full-time 4 wheel drive, just checked with Toyota. All Tacoma Limited are 4 wheel drive full-time, no mater that engine you get.

The material above the glovebox that says "Tacoma"...is that brown wood grain? or gray? Or not wood grain at all? It's weird, I really can't tell via any pictures I see.

What is the Payload? Nobody has really confirmed that yet. Specifically what is the payload for THIS one and what will the Limited iForceMAX payload be? All we are hearing is up to 1, 710. What model(s) and/or configuration have 1, 710 lbs payload?

I went on to build a trd sport 4x4. It came to 53k, wtf that is beyond crazy.

Its still a two passenger. Will the Tacoma have problem with the turbos as like the Tundra. Very disappointed spending $50k plus. Im keeping my 4.0 Tacoma and buying a jeep truck with the 3.6 with the leg room in the back for adults, ( used ).
