That's just what you want is roommates messing up your new house. I just built a 2 car garage in the Midwest in 2021. It cost $30k without the driveway or electrical work.

She looks like Jodi(Stephanie) from Full House

It’s hilarious listening to the comments that young buyers make when looking through a house.

I'm wondering where you can buy a house there for $270, 000 in 2023 where even a dump there now goes for at least $800, 000

Was this recorded in 2007? Or does HGTV get deals? These prices are a huge lie in 2023.

Why did he set a budget of $300k and then at every house his opening line was it’s a bit pricey even though they were under his budget cap…. 🙄😂

Latayna Ellicott, I like the first house. You never know what to pick, so not strange.the walk in shower, I like the second one.

In my opinion, if it says move in ready and at the price they asking for, the furniture really should come with the house. Don't matter it's in a historic district. No furniture that price is to high. Come further south it'd be much cheaper

"...if it gets too hot". Are you kidding me? Did he do ANY research? It's hot as Hades year round in this part of the Carolinas and the humidity sucks.

What year was this with these prices??

You can have all the fun outdoor activities you like only if you can put up with the mosquitoes and humidity

Homes in GTA, Ontario should be priced like this! It is ridiculous to get a home in that area of this similar type under $1.4 Million CAD.

This video must be from years ago, $295, 000 for a 4 bedroom

I feel sorry for the neighbors, all he talked about was having a party and drinking beer, and having 2-3 roommates. Why not just get a smaller house by the beach. None of them were that close to his work or the beach.

Sorry, don't understand his logic - he wants space around the house, but also wants to rent out extra bedrooms. Very irrational.

What kind of roommate does he think is going to take care of his home while he's "out to sea"?
