Treatment for haglund's deformity

I think taking away the pain in a more immediate way would be more desirable suffering through physical therapy that might not work and then going for surgery afterwards just doesn't seem very smart. The pain from my pump bump or haglins whatever it is is right up there with giving birth that's how bad it is. Intolerable for any length of time
