I see a lot of people chopping like you. Its like the machine chops the sample to the nearest transient or sunbathing. I think that takes away from how you could be a lot more innovative. I chop the record where I chose, I don't let the software or the machine chop at their pleasure. That way I get pieces that the machine works have never even thought to take. Just a thought to throw out there. I like to have it my way...
