Grilling With Yotam Ottolenghi

To accompany the new season of Simon Rimmer's podcast Grilling, we invited each of his guests to prepare a dish on the new Weber Genesis barbecue. First up is Yotam Ottolenghi, who many credit with the current popularity of Middle Eastern cuisine. Yotam is an ingredient enthusiast and lover of vegetables, and so served up a beautiful plate of hasselback beetroot with lime leaf butter.
