Worked in the auto industry as a service repair technician/ mechanic for years and I approve this method of tint glue removal. This guy knows what he's doing 👍👍

Came back to say this was the easiest and most straightforward video (straight to the point) and method (simple and effective) that I came across. Got an entire vehicle's tint removed and windows clean in about an hour. Keep up the good work.

Perfect video. Just removed the front tint on my E46 coupe going to try this tomorrow since it seems like the easiest and most straightforward instructional video for removing the glue.

I'm a handyman on weekends. Just got a call to remove tint from a Corolla. Glad you made this video. Saved me from using some other method and a lot of cursing. Thx!

This was gold, previous homeowner left tints on all downstairs sliding doors and windows. Works way better than spraying rubbing alcohol. Thanks! 👊

This is excellent. I just did this on my driver's window and I used the blade by hand, even though I had a handle. Shuda looked here first. I have to do the pssngr's window tomorrow, so now I'll be a pro. BTW, I had to do this on my 2013 Lexus because I moved to Alberta where you have to pass this insane mechanical inspection to register an out-of-province vehicle. My vehicle passed mechanically but tinted front side windows are not allowed here (didn't know). And, BTW2, a local glass company wanted $300 to do both windows. YouTube to the rescue.

This really works! It's simple cheap and cleans as it works. I tried window film adhesive removers from auto parts stores and even went to tint shops who was trying to charge me 600 to remove and reapply. This method only cost me 5 dollars and I was done both windows in less than 10 minutes!

This worked. I had removed what I thought was all the tint and left nothing but glue. When I went a spayed the windows with dishwashing liquid and water, I then found out that the tint must have peeled off a single layer. I went to use a clean razor blade and peel the rest came off really easy while keeping it soaked. Thanks.

I used the Johnson’s yellow stuff mixed 1:1 with water and had good results in a house window removing film adhesive. Worked best when I wetted a section down, and also wiped the path I was scraping, again, just prior. Gotta keep it covered in the solution for it to lift off readily.

Thanks, no beat around the bush b.s. Just straight to the point here's how you do it. You should make more instruction videos.
