No, The problem is you can find perfect high grade coins of high value, according to they grading system and price guides, The problem is this agencies are a scam, why?.Ok the reason why is because they are not subject to third parties Of quality control agencies, , That means they will give you the grading they want and don't need to answer to any external agency for business ethics and fairness since they are what they call a luxury hobby, And because they are just a luxury thing they feel it is ok to take your money and give you any grading they feel like it because they don't have a state control of the bureu of the public of fair business adm checking on them, They paid to the state license and thast all, They are out of control.
