1 . Go to Install Dir. & THen Go to -
R.G. Catalyst\Mortal Kombat X\Binaries\Retail

2. then open 3DMGAME.ini
3. Change the language to English & Follow My Video !

If u Still Facing Problem Try To Install Direct x & visual c++

ok to clear up who did this and got the error that you couldn't save or what not, or if it ALREADY says English, all you have to do is right click the icon, open file location, the exe the icon opens right click that and in the compatibility tab check the "run as administrator box" and it works, I fucked with it for hours til I did that and it worked for me.

hey man ... the ur solution partly works for me as in the error that appeared earlier is gone but when i start the MK10.exe application file the game runs but is stuck on the dragon logo . Nothing happens after that and the logo is just stuck there for a while. Plzz help
