[PES 2016] How to fix Application not starting ( error 0xc0000142 )

Hi :) In this video i will show you how to fix PES 2016 not starting or opening, also fix the PES 2016 error 0xc0000142 ! These are different solutions so start by trying each solution then test if the problem is fixed, if not you can try next solution ok :) These are the links you need below:

If you are running windows 8 or 8.1, switch the compatibility mode in properties to windows 8 and run the game as administrator. Worked for me :-) CHEERS

first of all i got issue which is i go with your instructions for DLC 3 and 4
and the game is not running because of this error you mentioned however it runs with the crack which came with the game "Reloaded Version " and shows Version1.01
not V 1.04 as it supposed

what about windows 8.1? should i choose windows 8 compatibility mode? I've all minimum device requirements for the game. still when i try to open the app, it flashes the dialog box then dissappers.
