GTA IV ELS v4 Mod (All Functions)!!!

Sorry For the music i couldnt find a good song in the audioswap section this is the best what i found :(

Here i show you the ELS mod v4 and all his functions on a FBI Ford Crown and a Ambulance.
Okay the video is pretty boring but so you can see all his cool functions.

i think there is something going wrong while recording because everything is so small.

@JDFS22 If you go to gtapolicemods . com it is on there and yes it is compatible with lcpdfr (all versions) If you get Police Pursuit Mod, it is also compatible with that

@JDFS22 LCPDFR and PPM are competing mods. They both have pro and cons. I currently have both installed but many controls that are the same for both mods mess up what i am doing. Basically you can have both but its kinda pointless. Hope this helped you

my information panel dosnt even come up also im using the default cop car no skins and i here the lights sounds flickering on and off but it dosnt flash how do i fix?

LCPDFR is far superior to that of the Police pursuit mod
