Thank you very much. Recently, I got back into playing hockey after a twenty-year break. I used to play hockey at the University level in India, so I thought it would be easy, but it's not. There have been many changes in the way hockey is played, and I am basically learning to hit the ball from scratch. I had to learn the relatively recent and incredibly useful innovations - like the slapshot and the tomahawk. I also had to brush up on some old skills. To that end, your detailed videos with clearly articulated and precise instructions have been very helpful.


P.S. You are my favorite hockey player! Not only for your incredible skill and subtle playing style but also for your on-field and off-field demeanor.
I live, work, and play hockey in New York City. We have a fairly competitive league here for both women and men, with 8-10 teams for each gender. The players come from Western Europe, India, Pakistan, South Africa, South and North America. If you visit New York, I would be honored to host you and your family. I live with my wife in Manhattan. I'm sure the entire league would be thrilled to meet you too. By the way, I play for Rye-Westchester FHC, a team founded several decades ago by immigrants from the Netherlands.
