They're trying to discourage unionizing. Contacted workers will be exempt from this bill. With so many people struggling people will have to choose between unionizing to get more rights or money with overtime. And we won't accrue as much vacation.

If normal people go from working 5 days a week to 4 does that mean lazy people will go from working 0 days to 1?
