Man Marcus gets a strong salute from me for this ... this is what accountability, and responsibility looks like.. we need more sports analyst like him

So much respect for Marcus' self-critique. The sports media also has to be held accountable here. I don't remember anyone with a large platform saying Tua shouldn't have played last night before the game - and the media could have put TONS of pressure on the Dolphins to keep him out of the game. Everyone failed Tua.

Great segment from first take and much respect for Marcus Spears for being humble and taking responsibility for his part.

How is Marcus Spears taking more responsibility than the coach, medical staff and General manager of the Dolphins? 🤔

I think this is the Best of Stephen A Smith during this commentary. Give me more of this type stuff

Steven A nailed when he mentioned the flight back. Anyone that has experienced a high-pressure headache during a flight recognized what he was saying. And for the Dolphins staff to not recognize this, spoke volumes.

I'm so glad you brought up and questioned about Tua being discharged from the hospital so soon. He should have stayed in the hospital for at least 24hrs for observation.

Man I love Swagu, he great on his analysis and personality and shout out for him being a real one and saying he should've take a preemptive 'media strike' that could've generated some type of pressure, my dawg spitting the gospel right there

So GLAD Stephen A made a comment about him flying home. Irresponsible doesn't even scratch the surface.

That was one of the scariest reactions of someone taking head trauma. I hated seeing it and hope he heal well

Well said Marcus, we having a “reaction” and now everything is hindsight 20/20

His drunk driver take was so spot on, the team could of prevented tua to play, but they didn’t

Blows my mind that the team and medical staff is sticking to their "back injury" story smh. I guess it's a classic c.y.a. situation.

And shoutout to Swagu for self-reflecting on how he could have been better in how he discussed it since Sunday.

This kind of back to back head trauma is going to have lifelong implications for Tua. The organization needs to be held accountable for letting him play.

Brian Flores spoke about the Dolphin culture and environment from top to bottom. This should be an additional law suit for Stephen M. Ross. Everyone in the business with no financial interest knew Tua Tagovailoa shouldn't play on Thursday. But the narrative was created for him to have his Thursday night big game and take the Dolphins 4 - 0 for the first time since Don Shula's legendary days in 1995. Stephen Ross wanted that 4-0 so badly that he created this expectation that almost cost Tua live.
