Once followed a dog for over a mile from my home just to find out he belonged to my next door neighbor. He was not lost. He just wanted an adventure

I followed a dog 4 blocks from my house. He was wandering, once he met me, he started walking and I just followed him. He took me to his house lol where his person was sitting in the garden all stressed 😅

One time my husband found a small dog walking around our complex. He followed it along a major road and it ran a little over a mile back to its neighborhood. He followed it until it lead him to an upstairs apartment. He knocked on the door, the lady let the dog in and slammed the door in my husbands face. He knocked again to let her know he found her dog in a different neighborhood and she got mad and said the dog was out front of her place and to leave her alone. One of her next door neighbors apperently frequently checks nearby neighborhoods for the dog because it'll cross 10 lane roads and then just come back or sit on the side of the road crying because its lost. Smh some people dont deserve dogs at all.
