Audi A4 1.8t oil pan removal and full install.. this ones a bit tricky but not to bad once you know what to do... it’s a notorious car for having a cracked oil pan it’s one of the lowest points and it’s a big target so this will definitely make it easier. I'm trying to do this myself, just to clarify, do you remove the engine mount bolts completely and only jack up the trans without any extra support elsewhere? Or is that jack in the front holding up the engine block? Im scared to do this as i dont know, and i dont want the engine on my head 😂

You can drop the subframe fully by taking the strut bolts out. Makes it much easier. No need to take the plastic girdle off

Where are you placing those blocks?! You’re the only one that raised the engine from underneath. An engine hoist is expensive, but I do have 2 extra bottle jacks. I just want to secure the engine in place and lower the subframe

So difficult to take the griddle out as you suggest in your video, actually you are not showing how you got it out. In my case trying to do your way, I broke the plastic griddle, I ended up removing the entire frame.

Please My 2005 Audi A4 B6 model was hard to start. It takes over four to
five attempts before the car is able to start. As a result, I got the
car scanned and the Camshaft position sensor was identified as the
problem. I quickly got the old sensor replaced with a new one but my car
still hesitates to start. Even when it starts, the engine runs roughly.
I have changed the fuel pump and I changed both spark plugs and coils
but the car keeps giving me problems. I also changed the airflow sensor.
I need your help: These codes showed up during the scan: P0341, P0300, P0420 CATALYST SYSTEM EFFICIENCY BEHOLD THRESHOLD. What bothers me most is the number of times I have to turn the ignition before the car starts. There are misfires too and it's scary because it produces loud noise. I need your help
