Audi Q5 2.0 Oil Change For Only $40! | DIY

In todays episode we are changing the oil in the Audi Q5! Nothing special, but just wanted to show that it doesn't always have to be expensive. You can change your own for cheap if you are a DIY kind of person. This is the same for ALL 2.0T engines. You can use 5w30 if you prefer, I prefer the 0w40 myself. Hopefully it helps some one!

Oh yeah, and stop taking your car to Jiffy Lube!

The Audi Q5 2.0 takes 4.5 quarts of oil, so only need 1 bottle.

Use the yellow bottle Castrol edge, especially on that 2L turbo engine. Better pil and not much more.

I like to recycle my oil by using it later for cooking. Way better than old bacon grease!

Nice video thanks. For the benefit of others, I changed the oil in my used 2018 SQ5 2.0 today and only needed a philips to remove the bottom engine cowling.

How important is the torque reader ? That’s all I don’t have. I want to do my own oil changes on my q5. Thanks for this video. Looks easy enough

Would adding to much oil start smoking & throw some codes ? Cause that’s what happened to mine after adding some oil

My man i love castrol 0w40 in the 5L size but it was discontinued in Canada.

Get an oil extractor like a Schwaben 6.5L one. No more oil plug bs

Super helpful video, Thank you! My 2013 Audi Q5 2.0 turbo flex (premium plus model) took a T40 on the drain plug, not a T45. Weird, but glad I got a multipack of star bits from Harbor freight for only $10, so I was covered. Thank you!
