Brad only does the surface seeing/hearing, and thus Aaron poached his silverware through genuine interest. Bless him.

Aaron gets told “make him FEEL seen and heard” and hears “actually see and hear him.”

"Oh yeah, take Brad's"

That was so perfect

I like that Aaron actually listened to him. He seemed legitimately invested, which is really all the poor guy wanted

That autopilot “thank you for your service” insert was so spot on how people just say it like “gesundheit.” But it’s Aaron so I’m sure he’s sincere. You know he really cares about Harold’s life and trials. He probably doesn’t even believe they landed a man on the moon anymore 😄

I've been a server, bartender, line cook and dishwasher. By far the most demanding position is the dish pit. I feel for Harold.

Gotta love how the man is pouring his whole life story but still getting the job done.

I thought Aaron was about to hop in and start washing dishes himself, because Harold has it so difficult already.

Anyone who's worked in a restaurant knows that the dishie is the backbone of the place. Big respect to all of the people out there doing that job!

And the Bistro Huddy Lore thickens...

I think this video has added more to Harold's character than all the other videos that he has been in combined.

Started out as a dishwasher then became a cook and I remember every way people buttered me up. When I became a cook, I just gave them my mistakes and I never ran out of plates ever

As a former dishwasher back in my late teens, this is on par.

As a former dishwasher this is the truth we look after those who are nice to us, if we don't like you you best bet we're going to make you wait your turn just for fun.

“Here take brads” absolutely ridiculously accurate 😂

As a former dishwasher I feel for Harold. We get no respect at all until we're not there and no one else is doing the dishes. I was out for a couple days once (I was the only dishwasher at the time) and the kitchen manager damn near hugged me when he saw me come back. I didn’t ramble like Harold does but servers who actually spoke to me got more attention/ help.

"Oh yeah, take Brad's." BEAUTIFUL!

(I've had excellent luck just being patient and understanding, and freakin' listening to our fellow humans. Plus, pitching in and helping if you can't move forward anyway always seems to be appreciated.)

I'm a dishwasher and goddamn it'd be nice if we got that level of respect hahaha

The dishwasher is definitely from Dickson, Tn. He fathered a kid at 17 with a girl from Ashland City. Smokes meth, but one of the best employees at Bistro Huddy.

Good dishwashers work their ass off and deserve more appreciation and respect than most give them. You can make that dudes day 10x better just by not being a dick for 20 seconds

I’m a waitress and I always bring fresh water bottles and chips to the dish pit guys… it’s so hot in there and they have no breaks! We actually became friends and when another older waitress yelled at me they had my back and scolded her lol I forgave her but they did not!
