I was part of an property investment group meeting last night and they stated that NYS is off the table for any type of property investing due to this decision.

100% agree. Who gets that money if there’s no victim or nobody wronged by the loan and it being paid back. It’s ludicrous… I’m not a Trump fan… This is basically penalizing someone for their political views.

After Cuomo left office he spilled the beans and said the state, NYC specifically, is losing its tax base....millionaires. he said a very disproportionate percentage pays the vast majority of tax. Each person that leaves has a major impact. These political decisions have very real world impacts.
