It's called decentralized job situation right now. People work on their own schedules as an individual contractor for Uber lyft cleaning and many other area instead for corp or small business. Why they can't figure it out?

That's because it's not true. When people drop out of the labor market and stop applying for unemployment it makes the unemployment rate look better seeing how that's what it's based on instead of the actual amount of people out of work

He’s forgetting to tell you why.. employers are doing everything they can to save money not paying the “people they need to run there companies” enough making employees not happy so there not trying to do the best they can. They don’t even want to be there after feeling like that and if there cutting your payouts or even overloading you with hours to save on paying for another employee it causes fast turnover so people started to go back to work. Got a couple jobs where this happened and now they are making money selling there stuff and starting there own businesses . Every job I’ve had for past 14 years I’ve had for 3-4 years minimum and I only left to move to a better paying job. Now. In past year and a half I’ve been threw 3 jobs getting let go at the 5 month mark so it doesn’t go over 6 months so they won’t have to pay for my unemployment check after letting me go., low pay with promises of higher pay so you take the bullshit for a bit but after going threw it a couple jobs in a row. You don’t want to go back to working for people like that so your more hesitant to looking for another job . I have started my own thing and surviving on my own accord for a bit now and I’m just getting ready to move to England. Might get paid alittle less but cost a lot less to live and I can have a house for what I pay for a single room plus the community is closer and actually will help one another. At this point America got fucked up bc of Americans who control the economy and bc of the government
