Have you ever looked into John Novosel's Tour Tempo? It was and still is an amazing discovery. I love these drills too. Tempo is absolutely the lubricant for the swing short or long.

Allan Patrick - New Brunswick Canada. I'm guilty of getting quick and not getting the weight forward mid round. This leads to topped and thin shots, but also would add loft to clubs and reduce distance. I've scratched my head at times why approach shots fall short and this is likely a reason why.

My swing tempo is faster than heck. I am 62. I swing 110 mph. Speed is not my friend. I am dubious but I'll give it a try.
