Phrases for OET speaking: Communication criteria B, Incorporating the Patient's Perspective

Are you studying for the Occupational English Test? This video will help you get good marks in the speaking section!

The communication criteria carry one third of the marks for OET speaking, so it is vital not to ignore them! In this video I go in detail to the "understanding and incorporating the patient's perspective" and I provide some useful phrases to ensure you get the highest marks possible.

It is important to not just rely on set phrases, but likewise it can be very helpful to have a "bank" of phrases that you can call upon in a stressful situation like an exam! However you need to practise a lot to make sure you can use and adapt these phrases in a natural way.
