Google Workspace to Office 365 migration without user passwords.

This video will demonstrate how to migrate a working Google Workspace email to Office 365 without generating App Passwords from each users. This is particularly helpful if you have 100s of users in Workspace. Once you have done the final migration, all you need is to delete the MX record of the Gmail from your DNS service.

at the prerequisites of G Workspace to O365 migration it asks for a sub domain, at which point do we use this subdomain? (you are adding a domain) It is supposed to be added in the alias addresses of the users. I get constant failures and I believe that I am using at the wrong point the sub(domain).
In my scenario, I need to migrate the very same mail addresses from Google to Microsoft.

the email are showing in Microsfot now, but the migration status is Error: The target mailbox doesn't have an SMTP proxy matching 'googletomicrosfotbatch'.

Followed this tutorial and no luck. Double check all the permission within google and the APIs, user permissions and it didn’t work. :/ Edit: I tried using the manual method creating using a subdomain and it is now migrating.

I did the migration and everything went well. The first time I had a problem with authentication, it showed an authorization failure error, but then it synchronized perfectly. The doubt is that most of the mailboxes migrated to Office365 don't have the same size as the mailbox in G-Suite, for example: G-Suite mailbox size 30GB and in Office365 27GB. Do you know why this has happened? Is it normal?

I was able to set up the 365 migration but it keeps failing. i can restart it but the message count climbs very slowly. I wonder if there is some kind of throttling at google.
