I like google, run workspace one year, I like chat, but for business collaboration google chat have very poor functionality, and they do nothing with it, google does not respond to request, so i think about migration to office 365 microsoft teams
Also
if you used Excel and now you want Sheets, you will cry
Google has very weak options for a task manager for a team and it is not convenient. That's why Google Workspace is for very primitive businesses. If anything more, you will encounter many limitations to your capabilities.
