Good video! I would add, the smaller the boat, the more time you'll spend sailing it, and the less time you'll spend fixing it

I sail a called "the poor mans laser".
The tuning envelope is almost non existent, it likes to death roll on downwind with anything more that 12-13 knots.
And its a blast!

You learn a lot faster in a bigger fleet, because there's almost always boats just ahead and behind you to compare yourself to. You'll know right away if you made a good or bad move because you'll gain or lose a place. And boats with smaller crews tend to have bigger fleets.
