Have you tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
Resetting the phone?

Hello I have a question. I just downloaded and bought a subscription to vortex. And the games run fine like prey and the others but when I linked my steam account to play skyrim. It says I must purchase it. But I already on it on steam. Any suggestions?
