Girl my kids love Chick-fil-A too!! We all do if I’m being honest lol !!! I make my own I’ll take chicken tenderloins or chicken breast and diced them and then let them soak in pickle juice you can buy a big container of pickle juice off of Amazon and pickle juice is also good to use if you or somebody that works out or gets cramps pickle/ juice is life lol

Refined oil is refined oil. There's no "healthy" oil - you should choose oil based on application and smoke point. EVOO smoke point is 350 - that's low so if you exceed that point, it becomes carcinogenic. EVOO is typically used as a finishing oil (never heated) rather than a cooking oil because of low smoke point. Choose a higher smoke point oil if you are cooking.
