I really appreciated this video mostly because it is hard to find other households only shopping for two. It is just my husband and I (+ two dogs). I literally go to the grocery store every weekend and multiple times a week. I love to see that I could only shop once a month. I am going to try this.

When your tomatoes are getting to their last cut them up freeze them add them to sauces or take them with garlic jalapeño and onion a little oil roast them and make salsa

I love Tomato and Spinach on my Grilled Cheese Sandwich. I commend you on doing a 1 month shop with extra to use in the next month - great job ! I was going to go with a monthly shop [ I buy for 1 ] but then I miss out on clearance and sale specials so instead I stayed with my weekly purchases which have become smaller thanks to my well stocked prepping pantry
