This is How WEAK Men Deal With Emotions (Animated Story)

Today we discuss how to deal with emotions, is it okay to cry? Is it weak men who cry? Why am I sad all the time? How should men deal with sad emotions? Depression and sadness are a big topic today, and most people don’t understand how to deal with emotions in a healthy way. In my opinion one of the best cure for sadness is to simply cry, many men and women want to hold back their emotions because they don’t want to be judged, and crying is perceived as a weakness.

For men, a lot of them don’t want to cry because they would rather ignore their emotions as opposed to actually dealing with them head on. And they perceive this as the masculine thing to do, when in fact it takes much more courage to actually deal with them head on. It’s okay to be sad, it’s a normal part of both a mans and a women’s life, if you are sad all the time, you might need to express those emotions though crying, yelling, working out, just something to let out the emotions. I also think crying, is the best way to deal with emotions in a healthy way.

Learning how to deal with emotions is not easy, and there are many other things you can do like simply talking to people, meditating, but I think it’s strange how many men just ignore one of the most basic human instincts which is to just cry, and I believe it’s actually the weak men who decide to do this. Don’t be the weak man, don’t hold back your emotions, and learn how to properly deal with sadness.

The process of making these quality animations is really expensive and time consuming, simply sharing this video, or sending it to a friend really helps :)

Hope you guys enjoy this one.

I never cry in front of my parents, friends or anyone else. They never know i even cry. They think I'm emotionless. But i do cry often all alone at night throughout these years but luckily no one knows!

There are only 3 occasions when a man can cry:
1) Your parents die
2) Birth of son/daughter
3) In the final scene of Terminator 2, when Arnold dies to save the kid.

It's not the week man. There are literally people out there that think it's "un-manly" to show weakness. Literally I told my mom that I was thinking about suicide before. Wanna know what she told me, she called me a narcissist.

Even medieval knights and soldiers had ballads written about them crying before going into battle. It goes to show that even might expresses fear. Vulnerability does not mean weak. It's pushing on that makes the character.

When I cry I feel so vulnerable, in the same way when I open up to someone I’m showing my inner soft side

I have cried over a lot of things (none of them has ever been over a girl because you can't lose what you don't have). The most common reason is that I miss my family. The first thought that pops up in my head is shedding little tears in the midst of friends (predominantly female) and then wiping them off and feeling like a strong man. But most of the time, the best thing I've done is cry gently, alone in my room and tell no one about it. After that, I feel like a computer that was refreshed or restarted. I feel energized. Crying is really good, just not in public sometimes... Sometimes

Honestly, I think this video illustrates why men value emotions far more than women, simply because due to society's stigma against what makes a Man, men are not allowed to be human. We're told to be rocks, foundations, support, unyielding and strong and any quality that shows weakness; that shows that you're human, that you live, breathe, eat, sweat and bleed, these are not considered to be masculine and that as a whole creates problems. It creates adults so emotionally stunted that they don't know how to open up and communicate or it creates adults who have a deep yearning for expressing their feelings but hate the idea of being ostracized. We understand the weight of releasing these emotions and we hold onto them because we're viewed as weak or cowards for allowing ourselves to feel.
