LOTR bloopers: When Orlando Bloom BROKE Legolas’ bow!

During the final pickup shots for "The Return of the King" in 2003, Orlando Bloom's bow broke during his second-to-last take as Legolas. After 18 months of filming, he informed the director and screenwriter, who took it as a sign that filming was nearly complete. It’s unclear if they replaced the bow, possibly fixing it for the final shot or in post-production.

I'm sure they more than one of the bow, just in case. I know for a fact they made several Andurils as when they filmed the scenes with Mouth of Sauron, the team only had one Anduril available (a copy was with another unit) so they had to saw off the blade of the sword for the shot when Aragorn beheads the Mouth, as they obviously couldn't behead Bruce Spence.
