Just some of the lutz lies:
They claim that they called the cops because they thought someone was in the house yet no records have the police going to their house.
They claim the upstairs windows and the front door just ripped itself off the hinges and were replaced. Yet the original windows and door were still in place after they moved out. The lutz claimed they would find hoof marks in the snow outside. Yet it never once snowed during the 28 days they stayed there. The lutz claim they just left all their belongings and never went back yet neighbors saw them a couple of weekends selling their possessions.

Ronald DeFao Jr. actually died in prison last year.

What happened there was horrible. But come on....has nothing to do with the home structure. Ronald Defeo did a lot of drugs & who knows if he had any type of mental illness like paranoia as well....but he murdered his whole family & it's a horrific tragedy. But to then make what happened there to be because of some sort of haunting or curse on a house is ridiculous. It's also completely disrespectful to the victims.
The people who live in that house now have lived there for a very long time now & live a peaceful life.

You also forgot to mention the fact that they made sure to pay extra to keep the furniture in the house there children slept on the beds that the victims had been murdered in the entire story is fake

I remember that they admitted the story was false and created to have their money refunded them for the house as they found they could not afford it.
