This is the first part of my series of creating Telegram bots in C# .NET Core. To start off, we are going to install Visual Studio and create our bot, with a simple echo command, and a command to get the current time.

Hello, I have a question. I'm using Visual Studio Code to create this telegram bot, but there is an error. It's "The type or namespace "TelegramBotClient" could not be found are you missing an assembly reference". I think it's error from Visual Studio Code. Can you explain it and give me the solutions to solve it?
