I get stable 60 in creative but when it comes to real game its like 30-40 with a lot of fps drops

I play on a ultra small form factor pc with a 4th gen i5 4570, 8gb 1600mhz ram, hdd and no graphics card. I'm going to try and upload a video so you can react but whenever I record I have so much delay and fps drops so my gameplay is bad.
