Liveserver as Javascript playbox with VSCODE - How to Debug JavaScript in Visual Studio Code

Anyone found when you save the changed html file it auto refreshes in the live window but if you simply reload the page without saving the html file first it doesn't do the refresh ?

I cant seem to get CSS to work on live servers on different extensions as well even tho the CSS file is linked correctly.

Im having difficulty. Loading JV on Live server first worked an now its stopped working. Changed src script, moved the src scripts instead of the head section of the html file. went to settings an changed port 5500 to 0. Copied the file path. An some time, says uncaught unexpected token. Any tips to fix this?
