The artificial shine gives it away, pears do have a shine, but something I noticed a long time ago with hyperrealistic cakes is that they shine a little more unnaturally than their natural counterparts.

Honestly the only thing that gave it away is that is was too detailed most pears aren't that detailed and good looking, you did a great job! I love your work.

Whenever you're making them, i hyper focus on a single detail, so i knew how tall the stem was, and the general shape of the pear you made itself. If i hadnt watched you make it, it would be impossible for me to tell lol

It looks so good!
The thing that made me know is thats its a bit more bumpy an the stem is less brown and more gray
