1923 Season 2 Final Episode Is CANCELLED!

The episode on 3/31 left me HEARTBROKEN! So many good (&bad) people were killed. Jacob’s nephew, the young Indian, Tiona’s father and that very kind couple who were helping Alex get home was very sad. The priest and the bad sheriff deserved their deaths. Now Alex Is stranded and I’m afraid to see next weeks episode. I Love this Series but I am A little disappointed to say the least.

there is a fundamental problem with this show. we spent all of season 1 building up the anticipation of spencer coming back home. we spent all season 2.... WITH THE ANTICIPATION OF SPENCER COMING BACK HOME. we get it... the journey is hella hard. but seriously? trapped in a tree over hungry lions and hyenas, stranded on a capsized tugboat in the middle of the ocean, married aboard a naval vessel, run ins with italian mobs and train ne'er-do-wells, getting assaulted but almost going to prison for it until randos save you, randos decide to travel across the country to help you and die (?) in the process, etc. etc. I knew it was going to take time for him to come home - I didn't think they'd milk it this long with things that don't matter to the plot, but I had hoped we'd get maybe a 1/2-1/2 split on the season between spencer coming home/war with dalton and banner. they've finally gotten to it and now they have to finish the entire war/series in one episode. I'm out on Sheridan.

Sheridan has too many things going at once. He's self absorbed, egocentric and doesn't give a darn about his fan base. If it wasn't for his fan base he wouldn't have been as successful. Time after Time he keeps letting us down. Greed and power hungry. Shame on you Sheridan.

They could not have slowed down the pace any more than Taylor Sheridan. The extension of this season into a lengthy preview has made it a long and arduous journey for viewers. Personally, I believe a revision is necessary. This season has been disappointing, with only a few fleeting moments of interest. It appears that the focus was more on prolonged scenes of S&M rather than developing a compelling storyline.

The unrealistic constant roadblocks to the arrival at the ranch is so frustrating that I think I am not willing to invest my time in any more Sheridan projects.

If 1923 ends with another tragic ending, I'm done with Sheridan series! This mini series dragged on with a few unwanted sex torture scenes, and with many of the main characters dead!

Looks like he has too many irons in the fire and he can’t keep up. Yet again, leaving his fans to be disappointed, frustrated and angry.
Eventually the fans won’t bother. I see a crash and burn in Sheridan’s future.

I’ve had it with Taylor Sheridan. Season 2 has been painfully slow. I’ve lost interest. Moving on to greener pastures.

I am just over the way Sheridan does fans of his work. You concentrate on Dalton and his creepy life instead of the romance you got us hooked into.

In 1923 there’s so many story lines and so many characters that each episode feels like it barely gets started before it is over. There’s no way to do the series justice in only 7-8 episodes this season.

Well Spencer and Alex haven't even reached the Yellowstone yet, so I don't know how Taylor Sheridan thinks he can wrap this prequel up in one episode unless he's planning on a third season. And they're already talking about 1944, so I don't know how you can start 1944 if there's going to be a 3rd season of 1923. And honestly, Spencer and Alex are the only characters of 1923 that I really care about and want to see more of, so unless the final episode is going to be 2 hours of just them, this sucks.
