dude i hope you realize that every video you post is so moving. you are the reason why i started going to the gym, change my diet, and be nicer. you changed my life around man, and i hope you continue posting for as long as you can.

I just want to say thanks for this video, last year i went 4 months completely sober, eating 95% whole foods, working out 5 times a week and i was supplementing with d3 +k2, collagen, lions mane, fish oil, magnesium, (i quit cannabis after 15 years of heavy use) and after i got my sleep back to normal i felt the best i ever had in my life, sad to say i am now in a bad place, but this video has given me the nudge i need to get back to feeling great again. Thanks man.

I was shot multiple times from my neck down with my chest open, i was labeled paralyzed and just started walking, i been feeling drawn to pray more and fast i started today and your video came up, my hole chest was blown off from a home invasion, long story short i needed this sir thank you...

1. People- surround yourself with ppl that lifts you up, not toxic

2. Chair- avoid it. Stand, move more.

3. Food- eat gbombs (greens beans onions mushrooms berries seeds and wild caught fish). No process food.

4. Have a purpose- when you have a why to ur being.

5. Light- get sunlight- reduce artifical lights.

6. Sleep - recharge yourself.

7. Play - laugh more

8. Relaxation technique - humming.

9. Exercise - play racquet balls, movement.

10. Breathing - deep breath.

I got fired from my job for no reason today, but just as you said, I was going to a job I didn’t like. I’ve been working to live instead of living to work. Thank you for all your amazing advice on health, and sharing these great books. 3 weeks into a life makeover, eating clean, drinking more water and exercising

For someone who has struggled for 30 years with depression, low moods, low energy levels, drinks too much, smokes too much, I can assure you, it’s hard but it gets easier and then self love becomes addictive

I sleep better, I feel better, I look better

I wake up and watch videos like this and sleep watching them, surround yourself with knowledge and motivation

This humbled me as a 19 year old thinking this wouldn't apply to me. But you were speaking to me from the second energy vampire to the end of the video. I'm so glad I watched this now, because I will be able to share with my little siblings, break these bad habits now and not later, and when I have children I will teach them this from a young age.
