the answer, all the advertising and bonuses they pay out to there employees. in Europe, (and Canada ) it's illegal to( do comercials) advertise new drugs and the don't pay out much on there bonuses to there employees.

You can go orher countires to get treatment: Korea, Israel or Germany. They have more affordable medicine and prices for pharm products are lower.
However, i dont know the prices in US.
Here in Kazakhstan, Pfizer's analogue prosuct for Aspirin costs somewhere around 1usd

well if legalize marijuana wont need as much other drugs and if we grow a lot the price will come down with other drugs -drugs for drugs

All medications have known side effects. Whenever some 2 dollar lawyer appears on TV telling people to sue a drug company for side effects, that are nothing compared to the side effects of smoking pot, the consumer has to pay a higher price for the medication companies' lawyers to defend their products.

end of the day its all money. but you have to say that the United States is doing most of not all the advancements in modern drug tech. We do the most research because of these policies but at the same time are now having issues with skyrocketing drug prices. Maybe with better leadership and less conflict of interest issues with big pharma we can get a nice balance with good research for the future and also better costs.. in a dream land lmao
