This was exactly what I described to my husband. We’ve been waiting for our last move so we could finally buy our craftsman coop for our home. I kept trying to explain to my husband what I wanted around our free range area. This is absolutely beautiful! Thanks for making a video explaining all that I couldn’t. ☺️

What a fabulous design and final product! Wow, something for sure to be proud of for both the owner and CC!

Looks great. I am guessing there is not much snow in that area. I would like to something like this in New England.

Probably a seasonal set up. The hog rings look like a lot of work to do every year

What I did for hawks is buy some large plastic crows. Hawks get chased away by gangs of crows, so they stay away. For the weasels, I bought 2 large plastic owls, no more losses. Had to put razor wire at the top of my 8-foot fence to keep the bobcats from climbing in after losing about 70 chickens to the bobcats.

I would think it'd be harder for a hawk to get through a loose net. because it would have give when they try and claw or bite it. Like imagine trying to cut a loose rope or a tight rope with a knife. Tight rope much easier. That being said I'd rather have it tight cause either way the hawk isn't getting through and it looks really nice.

Wonder what effect this will have on pollinators.

Very nice. I am an OCD kind of person that notices shoddy work, but this job turned out beautiful. In fact it adds to the landscape, not to mention the security of the chickens.

Wow! I really want to make a space like this around my garden, it's awesome to see it all set up and how you did it. For sure taking notes! 🗒

Looks much better than my poultry mesh held up by upside-down 5-gallon buckets on metal t-posts!

Where can I source high quality nylon netting? I have a cat sanctuary and want to do this in my yard. 120ft x 80 ft.

I have 6ft fence on the perimeter and installed l brackets and mesh to keep the cats in but know I realize I need to fully enclose it from the aerial predators.
