In example 68.1 I feel like the 13 should be negative because the 4 was and when the 4 and the 3.2 got multiplied the negative disappeared. Am I crazy??

Quick question, how close should the estimation be to the actual answer? On lesson 73 problem 29a, my estimation is 5.71*10^33 but the answer is 1.22*10^34. is this too far apart? Thank you so much for these videos. They are really helpful.
