I’ll be honest I don’t listen to these religiously, though this is one of the main sub affirmation channels I use... so I went to a local Thai place a few days ago for lunch & got to talking to this older guy about health & spirituality & he’s like “you seem so young to be so knowledgeable”... Iv come back to this, I was listening on and of but not seriously about 3 years ago. I was in my kitchen and I was talking to my son about something to do with age.
