You see her with and without the glamour in no make up. She had the depths to do a convincing serious role. Ovarian cancer is linked to baby powder (talcum powder) used on the vulva. Women used to use baby powder in their area, it was also commonly used on baby girls. This is no longer recommended due to ovarian cancer risk. HPV is not linked to ovarian cancer - HPV is linked to cervical and throat cancer.
