Git is not recognized as an internal or external command | Solved |Visual Studio

You installed Git for Windows ? but when you try to use the git command in Command Prompt, get the following error:

" 'git' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. "

Solution:
You need to add the following paths to PATH:

C:\Program Files\Git\bin\
C:\Program Files\Git\cmd\

Still does not work for some reason /:

Here is the error I get:

git : The term 'git' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

Also, quick note: It works in cmd prompt, but not in vsc terminal.
Nevermind I fixed it. It's because I have git installed in C: and my scripts are in D:. It works after transferring everything to desktop (to C:)
