3:47 Bonjour, Alexa! Love your teaching style! If “heure” is fem. and we use “quelle” to be in agreement, why is it “est-IL” (masc.) and not “est-ELLE” (fem.)? What am I missing?

My understanding of the difference between "Que" and "Quel/Quelle". As she pointed out in "Quel/Quelle" there is a matter of choice.
Que: what-
Que voyez-vous? = Qu'est-ce que vous voyez? What are you seeing?
Qu'est-ce que vous mangez? What are you eating?
Quel/Quelle: Which-
Quel est ton jour prefere? Which one (what) is your favorite day?
Quelle heure est-il? what time is it?
