Lidia, pride of PBS and Kansas City. Her restaurant has an all you can eat pasta menu item, where they bring around 3 different house made (from scratch) pastas, in skillets, and you can have as much as you like. Approved.

Classico and Raos is the only store bought pasta sauce I will eat if my Italian neighbor isn’t home, she usually gives me homemade pasta sauce

Raos is the only store bought stuff I'll get. Thats if i don't have any of my own sauce on hand. I'll usually doctor up the store bought stuff too like nutmeg and fresh basil, fresh crushed garlic. Really helps.

I've always defaulted to Roa's for tomato sauce. Quality blend that doesn't destroy me with heartburn (like Prego/Ragu). Great full video, glad the short pulled me in!

I love Prego because it's like a blank slate. I can season it how I want, and (I am biased for this reason) it's a childhood staple of mine. With a can of prego and a spice cabinet, I can beat any restaurant's sauce if we are judging based entirely on my own personal taste.

Since culinary school I just make my own pasta sauce, it's so easy it just takes some time. Canned tomatoes ( San Marzano), fresh tomatoes, and tomatoe paste with whatever seasoning you want, and reduce all the water. Tastes amazing!

Gia Russa spicy Sicilian is my go to pasta sauce holy cow that stuff is packed with flavor and it’s just the right amount of burn
