There are so many intimidating, "look at me aren't I clever?" videos, out there, but this one actually persuaded me to try something! (instead of, "that's great, but I could never do that!). Good for you Bridey!! Thanks!

For the ones who want to try it lemme make it easier for you

-1 cup water
-half a cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- put those all in heat and mix
- when it is almost watery add 1 cup flour
- when it is thick like she said like a dough add 3 eggs
- use pipping bags if no, use zip lock bag (her idea)
-fry it with oil
- use cinnamon sugar if not use regular sugar and coat it :)

From a US based home then school taught cook that doesn't work in restaurants anymore (I'm disabled and it's just too difficult to run around a kitchen with my mobility impairment) you are doing absolutely amazing. I subbed at this video. Loved your army stew video the other day. That video has me on the search for the ingredients today so that I can make it for my husband.
