i sent a file to myself on gmail and it says not virus scanned and when i go to hover over download it says file cannot be virus scanned does that mean the file is not a virus and its been scanned

when i am creating rar file i can give password to this rar file without creating password i didnt sent this rar file to recipient, i sent rar file to recipient, recipient download this rar file, when recipient open this file it asks password, how do recipient know password of this rar file i didnt sent password to recipient, can you please sent me another video for senting virus detected attachment file without creating password because of recipient doesnt know password of that rar file.
problem is not resolved
