I pulled this dude early in my Raid history and never felt he was worth booking back in the day, but he offered solid utility without books for DT, Dungeons & Arena, but his damage output was a bit weak. That part of the buff was good, but imo, the change to his A2 makes books more necessary. The old setup guaranteed that either Dec Def or Weaken would land even without books.

Now, he can land both but doesn’t do it at 100%.

Always thought the buff should give both at 100%.

I use him quite a bit in faction wars and doom tower. Got him in a stun set with harvest despair masterie. There's a good chance is A2 can weaken, drop defence, stun and leech in a AOE attack. Also a great counter to krisk, helicath in arena. Very underated champ

Khoronar for me. Was a vault guardian for years, but in a provoke set he is top tier for hydra. Never see anyone talk about him, but he brings so much if you pair him with dec atk champ (I use nekmo).

People might not know but this champion was used by rats to win plat a few times. He is used to remove block dmg from marichika in order to bomb them with astralith/tuhanarak.

been using this guy a little while for hydra in cursed, hes even better with a realiation set and 3 revenge accessories

I was under the impression that you will always get his shield strip away before polymorph kicks in. Rats showed this champ off in one of his platinum push videos I believe. Love the video might have to build for hydra

Sapph I am amazed by Skartorsis in Hydra.
Heal, TM boost, dmg boost, cheeky buff steaks, I got him in blood shield acc and locks mischief too. amazing!

Interesting. I got him before the buff. And even then I didn't really get much out of him. But now, I definitely need to regear him and use him in Hydra. I hope they do a regearing event soo

So.. I use Arbiter in lead with Shamael.. Shamael boosts Arbiters turn meter and then Arbiter boosts everyone's turn meter over and over.
