Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Job - Cape Town, Southern Suburbs | CA Financial Appointments

An extremely agile, multicultural, fast-paced and entrepreneurial international financial services company is growing and has a great opportunity for a Senior BI Analyst. The main purpose of the role is to manage business data and reporting tools and analyse the information in order to identify actionable insights for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct business analytics in order to monitor and improve business processes
- Define the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, implement and manage reporting solutions and make improvements to existing tools
- Support current analytical and reporting tools including PowerBI and Microsoft tools
- To develop and build appropriate data models

REQUIREMENTS:
- Related degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
- 8 years’ business intelligence or data analytics experience
- Knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, data analytics, BI tools and decision support concepts
- Financial services industry experience highly advantageous
