Disputed Charge: Have you ever been in postion were you feel you were incorrectly charged and contacted your bank to dispute a charge? If you were wondering what it is like on the business's end to deal with and potentially fight disputed charges, the goal of of this video is go into a little detail about how Tribeca Beverage Company handles a disputed charge. Fortunately we rarely recieve disputes, but when we do recieve a dispute that we believe is unjustified, we would usually attempt to fight it.

Overall we encourage customers whether doing business with us or another business to do you best to work it out with the business directly and use this method as a last result particularly for small businesses. Businesses usally get charged an extra fee on top The dispute process is daughting and huge headache for the business as well as maybe even the customer.

People who dispute charges are doing it because they got ripped off or were given poor service and had no other choice when the business wouldn't work with them. It is the consumers RIGHT to dispute charges. I have had to do it multiple times throughout my life and I LOVE hearing you say it is a headache and hurts you because by god I hope it hurt them too. Give better service next time or deal with it.

I’ve beaten a lot of chargeback cases as the consumer, I’ll never stop! I actually just got another bank account with chase surprisingly, consider I was “banned for life”.

I never received a product was supposed to receive it in February and I filed a chargeback in March or April and my bank sided with the company because I don't know why never received the product and it was $400. Needless to say I don't bank with that bank anymore. The bad thing is I had emails from the company saying that I bought something through their website from another third party company and the website where I paid for the product pretty much told me they were no longer liable since they were selling products for a third party well I reached out to the third party and they told me they had no record of me buying anything. Statistics show that like 80 something percent of chargebacks go through on the consumer side so I was one of the rare 13% that did not receive product and also lost my chargeback case. My only option was to be a Karen and reach out to the better Business bureau. Which by the way that company that I bought things from had an f rating so why my bank sided with them I'll never know because I had proof the bank pretty much said the reason that they sided with the company is because stated on the website it was non-refundable and I said well what if you never received the product and they didn't care.

I try, but some websites don't even respond to my emails most of the time, they just take the money runs.

Here’s an idea. Don’t rip off customer. I ordered something and it never came. About to dispute the charge
